CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (AUTOMOBILE CAR SEGMENT ONLY)

 Position: Senior Executive / Dy.Manager 


Job profile: The candidate should be able to set and monitor marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with customers. To boost the company’s market presence and enhance customer experience across all touch points in the lifecycle and have experience on Customer Relationship Management Systems and KPI metrics. Should be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns. The job entails leading and motivating a team of professionals, building customer relationship and seeking business development.

Job Responsibility: 
  •   Monitoring relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
  •   Ensuring the CRM system provides an effective end to end sales funnel
  •   Developing and implementing marketing techniques that will drive new customer                acquisition and retention of existing customers
  •   Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
  •   Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and surveys 
  •   Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
  •   Track marketing metrics and trends like conversion rates and web analytics
  •   Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
  •   Review and select Analytics Tools that meet the organization’s need

Experience:
  •   Around 5 – 10 years of experience with a leading Automotive OEM’s CRM             department. 
  •   Should possess technical expertise with CRM and analytical tools / systems. 
  •   Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices is essential along with    the skill of managing a seamless customer experience across social media, offline and across all touch points. 
  •   Knowledge of Virtual showrooms and online sales channels
  •   Exposure of handling Customer Connect centers and complaints management and redressal 
  •   Proven track record and strong analytical & communication skills with a customer oriented attitude is essential.
MARKETING PROFESSIONALS – AUTOMOBILE DIVISION

 SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE (MARKETING)


Job: To support the Divisional heads in all areas of Product / Brand management, planning & implementation of marketing strategies in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment. The incumbent should also involve in organizing customer meets and events, implement aggressive promotional strategies to achieve business objectives. Exploring business opportunities with wide market coverage / innovative marketing initiatives and building customer rapport will also form part of the responsibility.

The job will also involve ATL / BTL activities – Advertising & Sales promotion, Media planning, Market Research, Digital Marketing, Planning & Execution of Campaigns, Product launches, Event Management, Road Shows, Analysis of market trends, MIS etc. 
 
Qualification: Engineers / Graduates in any discipline preferably with Management qualification.

Age: Around 28 - 30 years

Experience: 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in marketing functions in reputed organizations from the automobile industry. Proven track record and strong analytical & communication skills are essential. Candidates working with reputed Automobile manufacturers will be preferred.
 
Heavy Vehicles Service Division

MECHANIC

Job: To diagnose, troubleshoot as well as independently attend to routine maintenance and all types of minor & major repairs on wide range of high-tech Heavy Commercial Vehicles and fitted equipment such as Fire fighting equipment, Truck mounted Hydraulic Cranes, tippers, Press Pack, Refuse Collectors, Trailers, etc.

Qualification: ITI (Mechanic) from State Board of Technical Education or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 years course).

Age: 25-35 years

Experience: He should have minimum 5 experiences on repairs of Heavy Commercial Vehicles in a modern workshop of reputed organization. Candidate should be well experienced in handling modern diagnostic tools / major jobs individually. Should have experience in trouble-shooting and rectification of the problems. Experience on Hydraulic System will be an added advantage.

AUTO ELECTRICIAN

Job: To read, interpret electrical circuit diagrams, trouble-shoot the fault and attend to complaints / jobs independently in workshop and in field. Candidate must be familiar with latest electrical & electronic controls pertaining to heavy commercial vehicles & trucks.

Candidate should be familiar with utilization of most modern electrical / electronic diagnostic tools. Candidate must be willing to travel to customer job site.

Qualification: ITI/NCVT Certificate in Auto Electrician trade from State Board of Technical Education.

Age: 25 - 35 years

Experience: He should have minimum 5 years’ experience in modern workshop of repute, dealing with Heavy Commercial Vehicles / Equipment. Candidate should be familiar with utilization of most modern electrical / electronic diagnostic tools.

DENTOR

Job: To work on accident repairs of Heavy Commercial Vehicles / equipment.

Qualification: SSLC & ITI/NCTVT in the trade of blacksmith/sheet metal from State Board of Technical Education.

Age: 25-35 years

Experience: He should have minimum 5 years’ experience as Dentor preferably on Heavy Commercial Vehicles / Equipment. Persons with capability of doing painting & fibre glass repair jobs and exposure to latest techniques of body repairs will be an advantage.

PAINTER

Job: To carry out all kinds of painting jobs using the latest painting techniques applicable to Heavy Commercial Vehicles / Equipment.

Qualification: ITI/NCTVT certificate in the trade of painter from State Board of Technical Education. Must possess good vision and must be free from eye defects, etc.

Age: 25-30 years

Experience: Around 5 years a Painter preferably on Heavy Commercial Vehicles / Equipment with automobile dealers/authorized service centres. Experience in sheet metal denting jobs will be an added advantage.

BUS MECHANIC

Job: To diagnose, troubleshoot as well as independently attend to routine maintenance and all types of minor & major repairs on wide range of high-tech Heavy Coach Busses.

Qualification: ITI (Mechanic) from State Board of Technical Education or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 years course).

Age: 25-35 years

Experience: He should have minimum 5 years of experience on repairs of Heavy Coach busses like MAN, Mercedez Benz, Volvo and Scania. (Candidate experienced in busses other than the specified brands not to be considered). Candidate should be well experienced in handling modern diagnostic tools / major jobs individually. Should have experience in trouble-shooting and rectification of the problems.

National Travel & Tourism

EXECUTIVE / OFFICER – SALES & MARKETING

Job: Incumbent will assist Function Head in all the areas of Airline sales & marketing. To supervise a team of outdoor sales and ticketing staff.

Qualification: Graduate preferably in Travel & Tourism. Basic and advanced IATA or equivalent and Airline sales & marketing qualifications essential. Additional Management qualification preferable.

Age: 26-32 years

Experience: 4-10 years of direct selling experience in a reputed Travel agency and ability to gain new business / customer accounts. Pleasing personality with proven leadership qualities and strong inter-personal, communication and analytical skills are essential.

SENIOR OFFICER / OFFICER – COUNTER & RESERVATION

Job: To be in-charge of ticketing, fares and customer handling to ensure high service and satisfaction levels. Required to build and maintain excellent “service oriented” image with Corporate customers coupled with market aggressiveness to maximize sales volume in highly competitive market.

Qualification: Graduate. Should have Basic IATA / UFTAA Standard qualifications. Advanced certification will be an added advantage

Age: 25-28 years

Experience: 4-8 years of experience as an International Reservation / Ticketing staff in a leading Travel Agency. Should be PC literate. Exposure to systems like Sabre / Galileo / Amadeus preferred. Should have smart appearance, hardworking and result oriented.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE – TRAVEL

(Branch In-charge)

Job: Managing an autonomous profit center by ensuring seamless operations. Enhancing staff productivity and streamlining activities to optimize performance.

To lead and motivate a team of outdoor sales & ticketing professionals to achieve the set business targets by personal example and creating a team work environment. Developing and implementing sales plans. To have effective liaison with airlines and other Principals for rate negotiation and incentive schemes. To maintain excellent relationship with corporate customers to enhance market share and sales volume in a highly competitive environment.

Skills: Ability to meet set goals and resolve problems promptly. The candidate must have a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and experiencing growing branch revenues, besides knowledge of GDS and industry regulation.

Qualification: University graduate preferably in Travel & Tourism. Additional Management qualification preferable. Basic and advanced IATA or equivalent and Airline sales & marketing qualifications essential

Experience: Total of 12 to 15 years relevant experience, out of which at least 3 to 5 years must be in the capacity of a branch manager.

OFFICER / SENIOR OFFICER – QUALITY CONTROL & TICKETING (1 no.)

Job: To be in-charge of monitoring and performing quality checks on the PNR and process transactions for ticketing of all business. Expertise in GDS queue management of overall businesses including implants & branches. Maintaining excellent “Service oriented” attitude, focused on maximizing sales and revenues in a highly competitive market.

Qualification: Graduate. Must be IATA/UFTAA standard qualified or advance qualifications will be an added advantage.

Age: 27-32 years

Experience: 5-8 years’ experience as International ticketing staff handling reservations and ticketing in a leading Travel management company, knowledge in fare construction / working itineraries, visa rules & checks, mandatory GDS knowledge(Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo) and good in computer skills. Must have experience of working in Quality control and checks vertical.

Well versed with airline rules & regulations and meticulous knowledge on transactions (Ticketing, Refunds & calculations of fare working component), know how to enhance revenue, support operations and handle GDS related products.

OFFICER / SENIOR OFFICER – CONTROL & RESERVATION (2 nos.)

Job: To be in-charge of ticketing and customer handling to ensure high service and satisfaction levels. Expertise in handling high business volumes/implant location/branch while maintaining excellent “Service oriented” attitude with all types of clientele, focused on maximizing sales and revenues in a highly competitive market.

Qualification: Graduate. Should have basic tourism diploma. IATA/UFTAA standard or advance qualifications will be an added advantage.

Experience: 4-8 years’ experience as International ticketing staff handling reservations and ticketing in a leading Travel management company, knowledge in fare construction / working itineraries ,basic visa rules & checks, mandatory GDS knowledge(Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo) and good in computer skills.
