Advanced Learning Centre has been set up to facilitate a self sustained learning culture at Saud Bahwan Group focused on helping employees maximize value at every customer interface.
The state of the art centre establishes a learning culture at the group using adult learning methodologies like case studies, discussions, group presentations, role plays, games, videos, movies and lectures, ensuring a fun learning experience for the group’s employees. Opportunities to practice the learning are provided at the workplace to help develop new skills and change behaviour.
The ultimate objective is to ‘Make the Work Space the Learning Space.’

The dedicated facility is equipped with state of the art audio visual and multimedia training aids and employs experienced and certified trainers proficient in English and Arabic to support its mission.
In addition to short team programs, structured Management Development Programs & Executive Development Programs are run by the Advanced Learning Center for select Managers. This involves more than 100 hours of structured classroom training over a 4 month period.
Besides lectures and interactive sessions by the Training faculty, there are special presentations by visiting faculty and functional managers to add value to the learning.
